Healthy Habits – Recover Habits Around Holiday

Empty refrigerator

Upon returning home after the holidays is very common to find the refrigerator empty, as it was before leaving. Therefore, the first job is to fill again. This is the right time to make a meal planning that will prepare that week.

This must be done according to the timetable of the whole family and work shifts. It is possible that over a week contingencies may arise, so we must be prepared for it.
