The Oxford Dictionary gives, in fact, that definition is “a psychological and physical discomfort, born of the feeling of impending danger, and this unease is characterized by a diffuse fear ranging from anxiety to panic and by painful sensations of epigastric or laryngeal constriction. The word anxiety comes from the Latin “angustia”, which means tightening. It is so. It usually uses the words fear and anxiety to describe the same disorder.
